I dreamed of ants bulldozed, a life extinguished too soon

I do not remember the events of the dream apart from there was a place or a part of the wall or table where there were ants crawling, and all in one fell swoop did they get smashed or bulldozed and flattened and died. this might have been a consequence of character by a person in the dream, more than necessary per the actual context of the dream. But since that is the part i remember what could that mean?
