I dreamed I was lost, hunted, and my phone vanished, leaving me alone

i had a dream where it seemed like i was in danger and also in a strange area around strangers and i lost my phone and could not contact my boyfriend or find him and there also was violence in the dream that was i running away from and was asking strangers for my phone and then i mad myself wake up when i woke up i felt scared and was shaking and crying cause it seemed real what does this mean
